Based in a strong communication strategy with users that found the profile on social networks, and even tho our client had already built some pages, they had no maintenance or public specialization, which in this case was mandatory.
We decided to create a global strategy including all TAZZ shops, with content creation and direct client support, including seasonal promotions and relevant information exchange. Both our client and its users experienced a really positive results, that found a centralized tool that responded to every need.
Our extra work on this administration included avatar creation, cover images updated regularly, promotional flyers in Facebook, Twitter, Google+ and Instagram and related content creation.
